CPL Class

Angela Diesel opened Gun Girl Training in 2019 as a USCCA Instructor. She has worked hard, her passion for teaching has shined brightly, and she is proud to say she is now an Official Partner with the USCCA. 

Angela started her business with one goal in mind - to help others learn in a safe, comfortable atmosphere. 

Training over 100 students per year, Gun Girl offers one of the most up-to-date, informative, fun classes in the Grand Rapids area. From her signature Beginner Pistol and Intermediate private lessons along with her CPL course, she is excited to help others find peace of mind.

Mark Jacobson has 37 years of experience in firearms instruction between the Kent County Sheriff’s Department and the United States Military Police. He is also an NRA-certified instructor.  In 1993 he began Today's Weapons to be able to bring knowledge and expertise to our community for safe use and maintenance of firearms.  He greatly enjoys instructing his students whether it be beginner or advanced, man, woman or child; he simply wants to ensure every student finishes his classes with a good understanding of their weapon and the environment in which it may be used.
